$15 would represent almost a doubling of the FEDERAL minimum wage. Only a few states observe it, most states have a local minimum of $10-15 and a few are over $15 (Mass, NY, DC). (My data is a couple of years old)

Uk will be one of several countries signing up this week leaving only a tiny minority of UN members outside. Agree it won’t have much if any immediate impact on Gaza but solidarity with the majority of Palestinians who live in occupied West Bank which must be the basis of a future Palestinian state
