After a decade of structured training, reading various textbooks and reaching a relatively high level of fitness, I've taken to self-coaching (i.e. no TrainerRoad etc.). I've enlisted 'CoachGPT' to do this. This report on how its gone so far has made me far too happy. AI hype really is the future.

Strava AI really is the hype man I never knew I needed. At this rate Pog has no chance at the TdF next summer.
