Also made toad in the hole. Have not always managed to get the yorkshire to rise properly, but yesterday was a success. (I made sure to rest the batter for several hours, and poured it into very hot oil).

Yesterday I attempted to make a Victoria sponge. Thought it came out quite well.

Made a Biscoff cake! Need to get better at icing, other than that it went quite well.
Was a hit with the Biscoff fans in the houses.

Visited “Interlaced” a curious exhibition of “Textile and Computational” art at All Saints Church in Cambridge today.

Looks like I listened to a lot of #thecure this year! The new album is great, and proper gloomy (in a good way 🤣)
