Came the same week as successful interdictions ops by Colombia and Dominican Republic.

Yesterday's strike brings the total to 86 people killed and one person missing since the US began conducting lethal strikes on vessels suspected of drug trafficking in September.

The Dominican Republic announced the successful interdiction of a speedboat carrying 1.5 tons of cocaine.

Three arrests were made: two Dominicans and one Colombian. Zero missiles fired, zero deaths.

WaPo: 2 survivors clung to wreckage after the first strike. Hegseth ordered "kill them all" - a second missile killed them in the water.

He claims legal compliance but won't address ordering the execution of incapacitated people. That's a war crime.
