Solid Spanish language article on the M/V Ocean Trader (
IMO: 9457218).

The vessel is a roll on roll off vehicle carrier known to serve as mothership for US Special operations.

The vessel has been operating near Trinidad and elsewhere in the Caribbean.

The Trump administration claims the 23 vessels destroyed since September 2nd were transporting drugs bound for the United States.

The Journal reports that Bradley is expected to claim the survivors of the September 2nd strike were still in the fight, and therefore legitimate targets.

Is it just me, or does Signalgate seem so long ago?

The Dominican Republic announced the successful interdiction of a speedboat carrying 1.5 tons of cocaine.

Three arrests were made: two Dominicans and one Colombian. Zero missiles fired, zero deaths.

White House Spox admits the US military conducted a follow up strike to kill survivors on September 2nd.

She claims:

1. Hegseth didn't give the order
2. Killing the survivors was legal

Narratives moving/changing fast.
REPORTER: Does the administration deny that that second strike happened, or did it happen and the administration denies that Hegseth gave the order?

LEAVITT: The latter. Secretary Hegseth authorized Admiral Bradley to conduct these kinetic strikes. He worked well within his authority and the law.
