stumbled upon an honestly amazing deal on breath of fire III and couldnt pass it up so I guess i have them both now? Gonna need to case swap III though because it's clearly been exposed to its fair share of cigarette smoke.

lately it's been the ps1 for some reason. so many super cool games that i missed out on as a kid. recently been buying way too many rpgs for that console and i havent really kept up with playing them

Another PRGE Finished! This year was absolutely fantastic. Lots of cool guests and had a great time with the people who came with! This years haul was MASSIVE including quite a few games that I've been hunting for for years. Got some insane deals as well.

FFXIII-2 had me in a bad mood so i rearranged some of my collection to feel better. Finally displaying my PS1 stuff properly on a shelf of their own. Unfortunately the Vita got the boot back into storage in exchange.

Officially picked out the next game I'm going to play. It's about time I finally tackled the rest of the FFXIII trilogy, starting with XIII-2
so far the game is gorgeous and the music is great. The battle system still kinda sucks, and the writing is pretty bland. Gonna be a long one, I think.

I finished 9 Years of Shadows! Solid game, cool life system (that felt a little abusable) and some really pretty pixel art and music. Enemy design stagnated after the halfway mark, and bosses ranged from cool to ehhhhhh. The movement abilities flowed nicely together though which I liked.

Finally got a chance to check out the new Memento stuff in Master Duel. God, it's so fucking fun to use. The deck might just be my favorite in Yugioh these days. I just love the resource loop it has, and it feels incredible to slap huge guys on the board and have them interact in really unique ways.

been playing sonic heroes on 360 with backwards compatability and i am genuinely astonished the game is considered compatible. the audio is just broken sometimes. all cutscenes in hang castle sound like this.

Finished Star Wars Force Unleashed for the wii. It was alright. Combat was a pretty loose, and that really affected the quality of the last few levels. Loved and hated the motion controls, often at the same time. Overall was pretty alright. Final boss was way too tanky though. Made this in response.

Some pickups from this weekend! Needed something new for Wii and heard the force unleashed is really good, so decided to grab it. Also found a copy of Sonics Ultimate Genesis Collection, which is one of the only physical rereleases of Phantasy Star 1, so I grabbed it too. Been hunting for this one.

I'm really looking forward to south of midnight. i was sold on the first trailer and im really excited for it to release in april. dont know if ill be able to buy it right away but its absolutely one ill keep my eye on.
