Had a 14h shift in the lab yesterday. Mice experiment followed by magnetic sorting of different cell types from tissues. Too many washing steps but there were some cells left in the end. Next step is to see whether my EVs have reached their destination 😅

I deep fried two of my SDS PAGE gels today but my most important samples were on gel nr 3 so things are going quite well today 🫠
