Three decades after ending the campaign, the Wilkins Coffee Co. attempted to revive Wilkins and Wontkins late in 1990, despite the characters belonging to Henson. The revival was not authorised by the Jim Henson Company, and thus Wilkins was faced with a lawsuit.
