ChatGPT says a person in a squirrel suit could be used as a kite with wind speeds of 40 mph. When it doesn't know the answer, it bullshits. It doesn't know that it doesn't know. perplexity.ai goes and searches the web and gives sources for info, but also knows that it doesn't know. Plus disclaimer!

This thread's about coding a Movie Recommender System, MoRiS, using ChatGPT. I code but not in python, which MoRiS is written in. I've spent 3-4 hours and we have a system that allows you to select genres and see the 100 best or worst (thanks Maaike!) movies. hymoris.streamlit.app

Hi @scalzi.com, I've built a Book Recommender System called BoRiS hyboris.streamlit.app He works by asking you for as many of your favourite authors as you like, then recommends books by other authors. Here's what he recommends if a user selects just you as a favourite author. Good recommendations?!
