Effective #DigitalTransformation relies on two pillars: technological understanding and #strategy. One without the other leaves us with ultimately lackluster results. Hardly any organizations feel on top of #DX, and it indicates we need to broaden our approach.

Execution is everything when it comes to #DigitalTransformation. You could get the best tech possible, & your #transformation could still fail. It comes down to understanding the tech as much as it does understanding your teams & how they can work simultaneously.
