One module I would recommend for Foundry is the PF2e Workbench (if you don't already use it). Among a lot of other things it adds a Basic Action Macro that players can pull into their macro bar. It's nice for the things that come up often, like grapple and escape for example

Ok, Kingmaker, while a great AP, is not the easiest due to it's sandbox setting and never completely knowing which way the party will turn. But generally even when you make your own campaign, throwing together an encounter is very easy due to the xp budget system.

Since I don't have that module I asked a friend who owns it. This is what it looks like for him.

are you using a UI module? Some of them change the journal text. For example the PF2e Pathfinder UI has a checkbox to restore the original.
