Our Walk & Talk walking group recently enjoyed a summer special having a walk through sunny Manchester! A fantastic time was had and everyone really enjoyed the day out.

The walk started at New Islington tram stop, then heading down and ending the day at the Castleton Viaduct Community Garden.

Volunteers from our Music in Mind projects came together yesterday as Manchester Camerata held their inspiration day for Music Champions.

A lot of fun was had, the volunteers who have been with us from the start were all rewarded with certificates!

👉 Activity: Draw emojis for different emotions like happy, sad, or excited and discuss when they feel this way.
