He's a lifelong malignant narcissist and career criminal. Senescence is unlikely to improve his disposition, as it hasn't thus far...the stupidity of his default judgment powers has not improved.

Tougher for them, but, yes. WV did split off from VA because the Richmond aristocrats wanted to have a war to keep slavery alive...pity more WV folks (I have relatives on both sides of the sensibility divide there) won't keep the faith, and lose the false idols/career criminals.
