Sunday morning loaf, freshly baked. This is a (vegan) cheese and onion sourdough loaf... and is almost unbeatable when served with a generous smothering of Marmite.
And yes, it was Friday that I last baked, but I gifted that to my dad.
And yes, I may have eaten half of it before leaving him.

This is the best looking sourdough I've ever baked.
It's a rosemary and onion loaf.
About 4 weeks ago I started playing around with feeding levels, timings, and using a stretch & fold technique (instead of 15 minutes of kneeding)... and it seems I might be onto a winner.
