The comic swap is full, the seed library is full and there are plenty of books and toys available for the Easter break!

The best part? We no longer have to top most of it up ourselves. Local residents are doing that independently

Creating this space has been a true joy.

Not only could I hire this trailer for free for a tip run from @wfcouncil but there was also a dedicated cargo bike parking space right next to where I needed at the tip. What's your local authority doing?

And some wad eat that want it,

Separating my media has been huge. Massive drop in screen time, better sleep, reading more and improved focus/better health. I can still do everything I could but scrolling is finished and it's improved everything.

Important to remember how bad and inaccessible some infrastructure is in the UK. Noise about bus stop bypasses which keep families safe and yet silence on this. No drop kerb, no pavement. Possibly the worst bus stop in the world.

Loving how this space on the London tube is perfect for a folding bike. Extremely satisfying.

Biking with kids can drop off as they get older but a good cargo bike means we can be more flexible, get on a train, cycle long distance, pick up an ill child from school. It's nearly all possible. Safe roads make it easier.

Why isn't London going ahead with more pedestrian boulevards like other cities. Regent Street has real space inequality and it's actually pretty dangerous. Look at all the space for private cars!

Great to attend @londoncycling.bsky.social AGM and campaigner awards where Waltham Forest picked up an award for being the boldest borough on active travel thanks to @labourstone.bsky.social Become a member of LCC if you want to see better cycling in London. Third party insurance too!

So, my council lets you hire these trailers for free (£100 deposit) and they are amazing. I've moved furniture, compost, a whole dismantled kitchen including a fridge. Here I offered to pick up plants for someone I didn't know because it was on my way. Bravo wfcouncil

Still my favourite Parklet. Delivered by @wfcouncil outside a school. It's just a much better way to use public space than parking for individuals in London.

It's hard to fight for something on your doorstep, it can take a lot out of you but it's so worth it and every day I'm thankful we stuck at it.

This tiny success has had a huge impact. Faith that we can change landscapes that seemed lost to the automobile. They can be reclaimed by nature and children.

It was this small battle that seemed like it was such a positive thing, why would anyone have an issue with it? It's beautiful, green and it's biggest fans are local families.
