Maybe Muskrat should ask him to write down 5 bullet points to sum up his job to see if the position is worth keeping or not. Sounds like the President doesn't do much but throw temper tantrums and color outside the lines.

Okay, you're really underestimating how much of the US is small towns. Even in non-south states there are small towns where this is the norm. Go to any county with a population of less than 50k, which I'd wager is quite a large percentage of the US, and this is the norm.
