If the date is modified to contain a two-digit day (April 11 in this example), only one digit is actually shown since it was never meant to display a second one. Additionally, once the day and hour counters reach zero, they are hidden, while this doesn't apply to the minute one.

Depending on the selected language (English or Japanese), either files.deltarune.com/is-it-ready-... or files.deltarune.com/is-it-ready-... is loaded. Both contain the same date and only differ in their timezone (UTC-4 for the English one, UTC+9 for the Japanese one).

I can confirm that picking characters at random from character packs I had installed is in fact exactly how this shot was created (except a few of my friend's characters which I added in afterwards)
