Sorry not paying. Does the article point out that despite the miss-steps - at least Georgia had the conviction to see thru an obvious fraud charge against trump? 5 other states found their way not to charge him of anything.

Isn't this basically the same as means testing? Sure there are some bad apples, but it's better to ensure that everyone who needs accommodations gets them.
