Some claim that due to DEI E.zo., the US Air Force won't teach about the Tuskegee Airmen in basic training. But the @natlparksrvc.bsky.social through a bill signed into law by President Trump in 2019 launched the American WWII Heritage Cities Program in 2019 which recognizes the Tuskegee Airmen.

Get used to it, Gayle! They think inviting Black folks is DEI, so—CANCELED!

Though I can no longer access TikTok via Google Play Store, I have seen the other way of accessing it.

HOWEVER, TikTok is still against the law in the US, and the US Supreme Court has not overturned it.

SO, until a bill changing that clears Congress and is signed into law, no TikTok use for me.

Unfortunately most people have little understanding of guardianship and conservatorship and why the need is justified in some situations, as are power of attorney and living will documents. Learn as much as you can about them - very important.

I'm listening to 1) people with understanding of/experience with clinically diagnosed dementia, and 2) trained caregivers who provide needed round-the-clock patient care. I pray that families, not strangers, decide what is in the best interest of their loved ones.
Wendy Williams, the former TV host who was given a diagnosis of dementia and placed under a guardianship, insisted that she was not cognitively impaired and complained about the restrictions she faces in a care facility. “I am not cognitively impaired,” she said. “But I feel like I am in prison.”
Wendy Williams Breaks Silence on Guardianship: ‘I Feel Like I am in Prison’
The former daytime host, who has been diagnosed with dementia, said in an interview on “The Breakfast Club” that she was “not cognitively impaired” and spoke about her life in a care facility.

I have a question about endorsements in the DNC Chair race: do voting members poll folks in their state to get their take on the candidates? If so, who do they poll, and why? If not, how do they make their decision about who to endorse?
The state parties are the heart of the Democratic Party. @kenmartin.bsky.social receiving all these endorsements should be a resounding message to the remaining #DNC members that Ken Martin is the best choice for DNC Chair. Ken’s voice and reasoning will guide us through the turmoil to come.
