Of course he does. But just because you can say something doesn’t mean you should. While hopefully Paul Dano’s career is just fine, saying something like that could possibly affect it for the worse. It’s not like PD is a politician, where what he does affects us all and is therefore fair game.

But QT carries weight. I think he has some responsibility to be careful about what he says.

On Prime there’s a whole documentary about making all the Batman movies, starting with ‘89. Burton really wasn’t interested in doing the second, but was given free reign, and stuff he didn’t like he got rid of, and that included Billy Dee Williams/Dent.
