DEI or what it stands for has been our fight since the 60s. DEI is not our term but one they use today. I choose to work on clarifying that fighting DEI is an excuse for creating a segregated country. I have found many did not realize that fact. Sometimes, using their term helps the fight.

I called my GOP Congressman Ben Cline to confirm this, and they did. I firm told them WTF.
