In Charlottesville, the counter protest was led by the National Council of Churches. Do not discount people of faith in our fight for justice. Their line was broken by the fascist militia protesters.

Note, for example, the right wing horror when Hunter Biden ( who hadn’t been nominated for ANYTHING) was found to have fathered a child out of wedlock. And the opposite reaction when Pete Hegseth (who has been nominated to a pretty important position) was discovered to have done the same thing.

There are progressive Christians. Not all Christians believe there is only one path to God. Jesus teaches us how to live, not how to die the "right" way.

...and that is why he fought so hard not to be sentenced? He might pretend he doesn't care now, but he cared. Not to mention that he will need special permission to enter these countries.

Not all people of faith are Evangelical Christians. Jesus said, "My father's house has many rooms." I take that to mean the rooms are faiths, not to hold people. I believe Jesus was teaching about a better way to live. Not how to die. He was a revolutionary.

Americans sure love their lawns. Lawns were a status symbol since only the rich could afford them. We can no longer afford lawns. Plant Native. In the Shenandoah Valley, that includes violets, wood sorrel, plantains, wild ginger, and foam flower are just a few suggestions.
