There’s a difference between collaboration and appeasement. Our leaders in the state legislature and Governor Whitmer must take a proactive stance in protecting Michiganders. Now is the time to stand united—alongside other states and communities—to defend our nation, our democracy, and our people.

Especially when the pausing of federal funds for programs and people across the country and abroad posed intense harm to everyone involved. People don’t understand how much federal money actually impacts the daily lives of millions of Americans, innocent people. This attempt already is causing harm.
He has told bigger lies before, but this one might be the most absurd 🤥

Much of America is politically reactionary, blind to the true causes of societal issues, and misled by economic and social falsehoods. A lack of education and self-awareness, paired with systemic exploitation and bigotry, fuels the rise of nationalist and fascist tendencies.
