We're only a few months away from Albo magically transforming into a wise, articulate commentator on leadership, AUKUS, anti-corrupion bodies, climate policy etc.
He'll finish his sentences, make salient points, be convincing.

Creative Australia ditching Khaled Sabsabi as our representative at the Venice Biennale is an extraordinary denial of artistic freedom by our supposedly leading & independent arts advocate.

A week ago Sabsabi said he thought the honour "wouldn’t happen because of who I am.” Turns out he was right.

How about that NACC?
Are we going to get to the election without them delivering a single successful corruption investigation?

I have spent a lot of time reporting on, and writing about, fossil fuel sponsorship. It's very rare you get a working demonstration of why this matters. This double page spread in the Herald Sun was just sent to me with calls for more gas extraction -- sponsored by the gas industry.

A gutless PM who has no understanding of power.

Doesn't know how to lead... not sure he wants to. Was much more happy as Leader of the House where he could just play student politics with Chris Pyne and it was all meaningless.

Many of you know brave ATO whistleblower Richard Boyle. When he faces court in 2025, he will have endured 8 1/2 YEARS of psychological, physical & financial stress.

Please donate to provide him with a modest buffer to alleviate some of the financial anxiety of the coming months.

To tie off our look at Ipieca, the role it played in international climate negotiations, and how industry sought to use it to shape economic thought for its benefit, I took a look at the early career of one character in the mix: Australian economist and public servant, Brian Fisher.
The Australian Public Servant Who Helped The Oil Industry Convince The World That Stopping Climate Change Was Too Expensive
Brian Fisher, an economist employed for decades by the Australian government, was essential to obstructing not just climate policy in Australia but global climate action.

So get this, former acting C'wlth Ombo Richard Glenn who was in the chair during the first botched Robodebt investigation and who Royal Commission found should have been alert to the "substantial" doubt about lawfulness of income averaging has been appointed as...
