Auschwitz was at the end of a long process. It did not start from gas chambers.
This hatred was gradually developed by humans. From ideas, words, stereotypes & prejudice through legal exclusion, dehumanization & escalating violence... to systematic and industrial murder.

The truly embarrassing, and indeed dangerous, headlines and articles are those which are ‘sane-washing’ the deranged fact-denying statements, hurtling out of the US government-elect.
Treating obvious untruths as ‘the other side of the argument’ needs to stop, and the denials and grift called out.
