I took a Medical Terminology class that kinda related to my major, but really spurred an interest in linguistics and how words are formed for the function they’re intended to perform. The class helped me to see why we use the words in our lexicon & how to understand new ones as they’re encountered.

Among those to be removed are Shel Silverstein’s A Light in the Attic, and Kurt Vonnegut’s Slaughterhouse Five.
