Father, husband, lawyer, and bibliophile.
I’d laugh, but it’s true.

It’s really not fair @publixofficial.bsky.social to fry chicken at 8:30 AM and not have any available for immediate purchase.

Maybe y’all try a Southern chicken biscuit for purchase. The kids get cookies. Mom and dad get the biscuits.

Fun fact @lentesta.bsky.social - Florida is home to the most roundabouts in the country.

@bookriot.bsky.social - are y’all aware of any issue with All the Books syncing with Overcast?

No new Tuesday episode downloaded today (same is true for last Friday, too).

My drives aren’t the same without @libertyhardy.bsky.social and her commentary.

What makes this even funnier is that this is the senator that routinely challenges witnesses appearing before him in committee to fistfights.
This is basically like saying you drag your wallet behind you on a string because you’re afraid you couldn’t hand it over fast enough.
A sitting Republican senator says he is so scared driving in DC that he doesn't wear a seatbelt out of fear he might get carjacked and won't be able to escape www.mediaite.com/media/tv/rep...

@lindaholmes.bsky.social Could the PCHH team engage in a debate/seek out the truth on whether Dottie dropped the ball on purpose in "A League of Their Own?"

A little disappointed there aren’t any Peloton challenges this month.

My shirt may be completely drenched in sweat, but this playlist snaps.
June 17, 2025 at 8:39 AM
Sure, let’s do a 90 minute Peloton ride at 3:30 on a Tuesday morning.

At least there were snacks.

They say ZooBooks are for 7+ but I never had them growing up and think I should order them from Grant now.

My recommended Val Kilmer watch is Real Genius from 1985. Underrated and under-appreciated. Plus, you get the always smarmy William Atherton and pre-Napoleon Dynamite and White Lotus Jon Gries. And a lot of popcorn.

Even though I’m not on X anymore, I feel the need to continue the public service of not making an April Fool’s joke about being pregnant. It’s not funny. It’s never been funny. It will never be funny. Just stop. You never know who may be dealing with fertility struggles and those posts HURT.

This Peloton ride is a smack in the face of some high school nostalgia.

@libertyhardy.bsky.social got me so excited for one of the books in this week’s All the Books pod, but it has been delayed till April!

I’m choosing to believe that today is going to be a good day because Brenda from Wawa gave me soda for free this morning AND the new Freida McFadden book comes out today.

Just placed my order for my Ohio State National Championship merchandise. #GoBucks #OhioAgainstTheWorld

@washingtonpost.com - is Retropod officially coming back?

While I notice the aesthetic niceness of the color grouping, it makes my OCD spike to dangerous levels.

I’ve thought about it before, but I think I’d very much like a Peloton Row.
January 3, 2025 at 9:22 PM
It’s hard for me to numerically accept it being 2025.
January 1, 2025 at 5:05 AM
It doesn’t happen often, but started a new book last night (after hearing about it on one of my pods) and just couldn’t get into it. Moving on to something new tonight.

Can’t say I’ve heard this quote before, but as I sit in Florida days before 2025 begins, I feel this strongly.
