COVID is airborne, and sadly is still with us.
While many feel in a better place than during the height of the pandemic, public health protections still matter, including effective ventilation, booster vaccines, and testing.
Long COVID continues to impact the lives of millions.

UK govt to review state pension age (SPA).

SPA rising to 67 in 2026-28. Further rises likely.

Rich retire whenever they want to. Others work till bones ache. Life on low wage, low pension, poor healthcare.

Many won't live long enough to get pension.

It is euthanasia of low income families.

The President, who owns a crypto company and personally profits from it, is using his official position to pressure Congress to vote for a bill that will personally make him more money and shield him from accountability.

This is what a corrupt oligarchy looks like.

NEW: Big study of low-traffic neighbourhoods in London suggest they cut road injuries and deaths by more than a third within their boundaries with no apparent negative safety effect on nearby roads. This feels a *major* boost for proponents of such schemes.

Trump and Musk are culpable.
Trump and Elon made massive cuts to all US weather tracking and warning systems in the spring of 2025.
Trump on the Texas floods: "It's terrible. The floods? It's shocking. They don't know the answer yet as to how many people, but it looks like some young people have died."

Immoral laws must be disobeyed.
This 83-year-old priest has just been arrested for holding a sign which read:

“I oppose genocide. I support Palestine Action.”

According to Starmer’s new law, this puts her in the same category as an ISIS or Al-Qaeda terrorist, with a prison sentence of up to 14 years.
