For me it's Pandorum, which is effectively Resident Evil on a space ship, and Cargo, a German sci-fi film about people buying their way off world (and has one hell of a gut-punching twist at the end).

About 20 years ago, when I was living in the US, a couple of friends and I went to see Spider-Man 3 (don't judge). At the point where emo Parker slaps MJ, the entire cinema gasped.

Got me thinking.. What's the strongest reaction you've seen an audience member have to a scene in a cinema?
