Sgt. Pepper onward. Revolver didn't have I'm Only Sleeping, Dr. Robert, and And Your Bird Can Sing. They were released in June on Yesterday...and Today.

That will probably require a Constitutional Amendment.

If the Supreme Court in 1974 reached the same decision on immunity as the current Supreme Court, it may not have made any difference.

That's right, because it was released here on Beatles '65, released in December 1964. Help was released the following Summer.

Ford never really embraced the idea of fins. The 1959 Fords seemed like bizarre outliers.
December 5, 2025 at 9:21 AM
It was really from 1957-61, with most fins gone or severely limited by 1961. Chrysler made a few 1961 DeSotos at the end of 1960, but then killed the mark.

Given my childish taste for excess, the 1959 Chevies and Cadillacs were my favorites. I was devastated when the 1961 Chevy had no fins.

Here's my car 20 years ago, rear ended at over 100 mph at a railroad crossing, me standing still with a train passing by in front of me:

Mr. Kite may deal with a Victorian circus, but I don't see the connection with the Lonely Hearts aspect. What other song did Lennon think fit the concept?
The concept was Paul's; the others were just making an album. Strawberry Fields ane Penny Lane were written for the album. They don't fit.

Mr. Kite, lyrics from a circus poster, fits the theme of Lonely Hearts Club?

I meant to write that I bought Beatles '65 for my sister the previous Christmas. The only song on that album I wanted to hear was I'll Be Back, which had been on the UK Help! album, and I heard on a radio station from Canada.

The year before, I bought Beatles '65 (Beatles for Sale, more or less) for Christmas. I bought Rubber Soul for myself when it came out. I didn't wait for Christmas.

On Sgt. Pepper, I think that A Little Help, She's Leaving Home, When I'm 64, and Lovely Rita fit the theme, sandwiched by the title tune and reprise.

Yesterday convinced George Martin that Eleanor Rigby was possible.

But Maxwell has a sense of humor. Lennon was deadly serious.

I prefer the original US track selection. Great songs though they may be Drive My Car, Nowhere Man, and If I Needed Someone detract from the folk/unity that Capitol was looking for. It is the Capitol LP that accidentally created the concept LP , LPs that were more than just collections of songs.

Ah, not in the US. Got it. Best of luck.

It was an honest question. I thought insurance was required in all states. In Illinois, you would have more trouble than you do currently.

In what state can you drive without insurance?

I love Empire of the Sun. Very well crafted, and some great performances. Christian Bale's best movie.
