I thought Trump was supposed to appear at 2 PM EDT to announce that he was moving Space Force headquarters from Colorado to Alabama. What's the delay? Is he physically unable to appear?

Can our democracy be saved? Restored? Maybe, but what is gone forever is the 237 year belief that our system of checks and balances was immune to tyranny, and that belief is gone forever.

It's difficult to say with any certainty whether DOGE cuts and the Big Beautiful Bill cost any lives in Texas, but they didn't help, and the Administration's goal was and is to save money for tax cuts for billionaires, not to save lives.

I suspect the deceased in Palm Springs is the bomber. Either a suicide bomber, or a bomber who planned to run away before the explosion. It detonated early, and he missed his target.
