Predominantly? He's a centre forward, though generally he's a winger and it's basically split 50/50 which side he plays.
The way I see our attack is a front three of:
Wirtz - Isak - Salah
Though each player will have the freedom to drift anyway they can find space. Antoine Semenyo can replace Mo.

Predominantly? He's a centre forward, though generally he's a winger and it's basically split 50/50 which side he plays.
The way I see our attack is a front three of:
Wirtz - Isak - Salah

I believe the plan is to eventually rely on the wing backs (Kerkez/Robbo and Frimpong/Bradley) to provide the width, in box-to-box roles.
If we can't get the ball under control through the middle (GK, 2 CB, DM, 2CM, AM, 2 CF.) We should play the ball out wide and then feed it back in to the middle.

This is what I want from #LFC later on this season.
When our players are match fit, regained their form, and have learnt the new system/style. Until then, I expect to see this team make it work:

The reason why I don’t like the 4-2-2-2 or 4-4-2 or 4-2-4 you have suggested (even though I wanted this at the start of the season) is because our problem this season hasn’t been scoring goals, it’s been conceding them.
I like the 2-3-4-1 because Ibou, Virgil, Dom, Grav and Macca will all sit back.
