Since we’re doing hypotheticals, I propose that Canada takes over the US instead. We’d then install a parliamentary system with our Charter of Rights and Freedoms. All States and Territories would be granted voting rights & full equality, including Puerto Rico & Gaum. Gerrymandering outlawed.
