I've been off of social media for a while while I adjust to my new job.
But I had to come back to insert my own WTF about MTG.

Not spineless and without principle enough to be a Democrat, certainly never cruel and selfish enough to be a Republican.
Who can I vote for?
November 12, 2025 at 1:18 PM
Probably gonna stop voting for Democrats here. They time and time again have proven to be fucking useless.
Republicans are cruel and amoral, obviously, but Democrats are worthless shells.

I'm just gonna say it: I do not care what someone is buying with their SNAP. I don't care what *you* buy at the store, and don't feel like explaining what *I* am buying.
Stop worrying about this, and leave people alone.
I do not care, you shouldn't care, just stop.

Mamdani out here asking for what the average Danish teenager has access to on a daily basis and being called a full ass "communist" will never stop being total clown shoes.

People only vote for Democrats because Republicans make them desperate for *any* alternative.

Can we maybe make it to where Dems are actually a great option, and not an escape plan?
November 5, 2025 at 1:09 AM
Political discourse in the US is basically one side saying "life shouldn't be this difficult anymore, we have the structures to ease the pain" and the other side replying "actually now that you mention it, let's make even *harder* and blame citizens for failing at it"
And somehow these are equal.

Democrats have two choices: Vote for the Republican bill the cuts SNAP anyways, and raises healthcare premiums by at least 100%, or keep the government shut down and end these programs anyways.
Don't worry, Republicans somehow aren't the villains here.

My state is apparently trying to find money to extend funding for SNAP.
You know, something that shouldn't have to happen.

Gavin Newsom: This is not a federal election. DOJ has no business or basis to interfere with this election. This is solely about whether CA amends our state constitution. This admin has made no secret of its goal to undermine free and fair elections. Deploying these federal forces is an intimidation

Living around people who live for the performative cruelty, despise marginalized people they've never met and know nothing about, and hope those they look down on suffer makes being gentle and loving a superpower.
Don't give up on it.

Trump and his staff are already trying to prep everyone for him to e president in 2028.
But certainly it's the left (which doesn't effectively exist in our government) are the autocrats.

Each of these corporations has big federal contracts, is currently doing business with the Trump family, or has active antirust cases before the courts.

East wing is gone, in it's place will be a single structure twice the size of the White House itself, ordered by a guy who has bankrupted casinos.
But somehow it's the left that's stupid, is that right?

Watching a far right party and a center right party argue like they're such opposites of each other perfectly encapsulates how broken our politics is.

Fuckin cool how we could just make society better and easier for everyone, but we for some reason don't want like 9 rich people to be sad so we take care of that instead.

Stay weird and funny at protests, it's working way better than you think.

The claim that there is such unyielding violent crime in the streets is obviously not based on reality, but that's not the point.
They're hoping people who don't know any better believe it and yield to it.
