With this vote I expect that his phone is going to get very busy. Senator Sanders' line usually goes to VM because of that. Do what you can. I hope you can get through to a staffer.

You might hate him, but call Senator Schumer too and ask him to rally the others to oppose the bill. He's still their leader. The staffer I spoke with was very nice.

ACLU has already refiled in TX. Also Judge Boasberg hasn’t completely given up the case either.
The dissent was because the majority focused on jurisdiction. The ruling does affirm that every is entitled to due process. The fight continues.

The ACLU filed a lawsuit before these people were stuffed onto the planes. The judge ordered the government to turn not only stop planes from taking off, but to turn around the ones that were already in the air. Another judge ordered protected status to be returned to Venezuelans.
