We call ours Marty. He lives in a bush in our yard. He must be a relative of the one you saw because the resemblance is uncanny.

We have one that does a loop around our house in KCK every week or so. They howl whenever fire trucks go by.

The scapes are delicious in fried rice. I got the honey instead of the vinegar because I was running low. Excited for the cherries! 🍒
