Nearby, Heathcliff is crouched by the officer's tire, with a devious look on his face. On Heathcliff’s shoulder sits his shoulder devil, holding a tiny pitchfork and grinning mischievously. In front of him, on the ground, his shoulder angel desperately pleads with him saying, "Oh no, Heathcliff!... Don’t let the air out of his tires!" Panel 2: The angel conscience is blown away by the force of the air escaping from the tire, having a shocked look on his face.

Tinycliff is wearing a wizard hat and holding a magic wand, with the power of the wand he lifts his rival, tiny grandpa Nutmeg out of the chair which the latter was sitting on. From the kitchen, grandma Nutmeg and an unnamed elderly woman(presumably a friend) are watching this. Grandma Nutmeg remarks to the other woman "they both fight over that chair."
