Harvested the last of the tomatoes to make space for garlic. About 200 cherry tomatoes, most of them very green. #VegetableGardening

Things are growing, I love it.

I have a #VegetableGardening question: I have harvested my first garlic and there are signs of leaf miners, can I still dry/cure my garlic normally?

It doesn't look like there are too many in there but I don't know how to proceed.

Caught (and released) a European Hornet queen today. She was inside one of the sheds on the allotments.
These are big, 3.5cm and quite scary.

First time growing wild spinach (Melde), it's doing surprisingly well and its hydrophobic leaves create these beautiful droplets.

My very first, very own cherry blossom. I thought it would take two more years before it would blossom. #VegetableGardening

I had an old bag of coriander seeds so I thought I'd better sow a few extra in case they wouldn't germinate well ...

I am hardening off these courgettes, Hokkaido and some tomatoes (that I forgot to label). I have no idea how to do that properly so I just pop them outside for a few hours every day and hope for the best.

After my seed potatoes arrived I found out that I bought enough for aprox. 24 m². I have about 2m² available for them.

Very few Dutch cyclists wear helmets. Yet theirs are among the safest streets on earth. Why?

They understand it’s more beneficial to calm motor traffic, build dedicated infrastructure, and nurture a culture of everyday cycling. Not force the most vulnerable users to armour up.

I have 18 small peppers in pots now and 4 overwintering and I still thought to myself "maybe I should sow some more"
Me: "I won't overdo how many peppers I grow this year."

(Proceeds to overdo how many peppers I grow)

I suffer from sowing anxiety: too many per cell, too few, too many in total, not enough, will they germinate, too hot, too cold, not enough light.
It is slowly driving me crazy.
Is this normal?
