Sidenote: it's so freaking hard finding good ways to add protein to a meal when you're dairy free, my cheese has 0 protein but has carbs and fats making it basically empty calories, but it's so sad not having that cheesy feeling when making eggs, just me?

Yea the world sadly isn't built well for night shifters and it's hard to find people with the same schedule so it can feel isolating for sure and kids definitely make it harder! I'm lucky I just have me to worry about for now :)

I've always been such a night owl that it's honestly been the best shift for me, however the overnights are killer. I gained close to 15# just cause it was so much harder to eat right and stay on top of my health. It's definitely helping to make mindful choices and do my best to limit snacking!

Yea it's definitely easier to move when it's nice out. It's been a real struggle to want to go for a swim when it's grey, rainy and freezing cold out!

Literally, if I'm cold I just want to curl up on the couch with a blanket, I'd rather dress warm, get stuff done and have to take off layers if I need to!

It's all about consistency and getting into better habits. It's hard to start so as long as you do something you enjoy and can commit to it becomes easier... It also helps to have some set goals with rewards! You got this 💪🏼

Literally thought about taking my kindle with me to the gym yesterday to just walk on the treadmill but I was afraid I'd trip on my own two feet 😭 I love that your finding ways to get moving 💪
