In the middle where the both paths individually lead to is an oxcart. Both path squares show hualian's history leading up to their final meeting in a timeline. For example, Hua Cheng's path has multiple skulls pointing out his deaths or attempts at his life, Xie Lian's path has tiles have events like his battle for ascension. Some tiles are the same and mirror each other like the hand off of the red umbrella. Some paths are the same event from different perspectives, like Hua Cheng's explosive fire tile is in the same position as Xie Lian's tile covered in blood. Through trees is a fallen head of a giant flower crowned prince statue. hua cheng is embracing an oversized sculpture of crying and kneeling xie lian. he is caressing the sculpture's cheeks and pressing his right cheek to xie lian's. they are enveloped in darkness and xie lian's sculpture seems to be the only thing emitting or reflecting blue-ish light. there are some dust specks and a few of hua cheng's butterflies around them
