According to the Parnas Perspective, Trump will be making a “major defense related announcement” at 2 p.m. I’m guessing that he’s either invading Venezuela or Chicago.

I have heard that the 747 is being gifted to the Department of Defense. Does that still violate the Constitution or cause other ethical concerns?
