After 14 years of Twitter, it was time to move on. I should probably have left earlier. The last few years felt a lot like a loveless relationship, where you stick around, taking comfort in familiarity, and you share the same friends after all. (1/4)

Something I try to explain to tech peeps/investors is the danger of seeing yourself as the outcome, rather than the enabler.
It leads to creating 'value' that isn't valuable to the user. It just complicates their journey to the outcome you are meant to deliver.

Currently waiting to put our Christmas turkey into the oven. My husband’s sitting on the sofa with our two dogs, while watching Nate Bargatze’s comedy special on @netflix.com. I’ve been listening in from time to time, and think Nate Bargatze’s wife and I could easily be best friends.

Had a nightmare last night, where I was shopping with my mom, and suddenly, the zombie apocalypse happened. People were turning into zombies but instead of running, my mom decided she still had time to do some shopping. I was super-stressed!!! 😂 (1/3)
