Was never active on Twitter. 🐦 I like fountain pens 🖋️ and K-drama 💔😭. Autistic Antifa (it's just me. I don't go out. 😓)

It's lighter than other Décimos? This here says it's 20g, the usual weight for a Décimo. papeterie-makkura.fr/en/fountain-...

You're welcome. 🙂 There are also fountain pens being made that can be equipped with G nibs, like the BAMF here: www.desideratapens.com/pens/bamf

You have to use fountain pen ink. Not India ink.

I've seen artists mentioning the Pilot Falcon (Elabo) with a soft fine or soft extra fine nib. The soft nib allows for a little bit of line variation.

You can also achieve line variation with a fude nib, eg. Sailor Fude Mannen, through different angles rather than a difference in pressure.

Wasn't Peter Thiel involved with Spotify? I thought I had read something about him being a major investor but can't find anything on it right now.

Truly baffling.

Nah, same. Do you really think the majority of people have it the other way round? That would be so weird!

Forgot what I wanted to say lol. Which is: Lamy will make money with those pens. Won't even help that they are fucking ugly. (Zero effort went into that design.)

Sadly, lots of people don't care that they're supporting hateful ideology by continuing to buy HP merch. I always feel sickened when I see large merch tables in bookstores etc.

Because Monday red is a bright red which is hard on the eyes. Burgundy or dark red shades are not Monday reds. 😓🙃😅

Not all inks I like find a place in this scheme. Some greys work for Fri, some browns/taupes for Sun, etc. A bright green turquoise goes to Sat rather than Tue. Thursdays use a lot of yellow-leaning browns. For Mon I often switch to blue ink with red headings as I don't like red text in my journal.

It's just how my journaling developed after starting actually make daily entries consistently. Realized I have some kind of synaesthesia where Mon=red, Tue=green, Wed=violet, Thu=ochre, Fri=blue-black, Sat=sky blue, and Sun=soft pink.

There are options. Reverse oblique nib grinds seem to work for a lot of left-handed people but it depends on how the individual person holds the pen. You'll find lots of detailed answers if you search Reddit for this.
