A poignant point here - every small conversation could bring someone to a place of hope - a glimmer that someone cares enough to ask. Let’s ask people how they’re doing - if they’re worrying about anything or if we can support in any way.

It’s so important that we work together to help reduce stigma when we talk about mental health and suicide. This opens doors to communication, builds trusts and breaks down barriers.
Using phrases like ‘died by suicide’ or ‘ended life’ help replace outdated language like this.
