I think SCOTUS looks at Trump v United States as the Watergate Correction -- if the president does it it's legal.

I think SCOTUS looks at Trump v United States as the Watergate Correction -- if the president does it it's legal.
These should be mixed in with the public opinion questions. They could then be used give a "talking out their ass" score to the expressed opinions.
