Thoughts:

• Much of this is already mandated by law and DHS policy and is being ignored.
• No additional enforcement mechanisms or consequences for its lack are included.
• Ending the MN surge and removing Kristi Noem are noted as things Trump can do, not demands.
• Stephen Miller is not mentioned.

The officer stepped aside and fired at arm’s length at a moving car even though DOJ policy forbids deadly force to stop a fleeing suspect when no other weapon is present. It’s the rules.
