I didn't watch the inauguration. But i saw that Trump HAD THE AMERICAN FLAGS AT THE CAPITOL RAISED TO FULL-STAFF!! JIMMY CARTER DIED 3 WEEKS AGO AND TRUMP HAD THE NERVE TO HAVE THE FLAGS RETURNED TO FULL STAFF! THIS IS A DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE FLAG CODE! WE ARE STILL IN MOURNING!
