Can’t explain how happy I am that I found a good gym in the suburbs. It was one of my biggest concerns about moving from the city. I know it sounds silly, but I do spend most of my free time there after all. Anyway, time to get back to work after nearly a month of inconsistent workouts.

This might be the first one-star review I’ve ever given. Never at any point did I understand what was going on. Maybe I’m too dumb to understand what’s going on in this book. But the New York Times called this a masterpiece!? Baffling.
