What does Lord Cameron mean by 'targeted' screening?

There does seem to be a strong argument for screening black men and men with a family history of prostate cancer, both from age 45 upward, but I can't see any other target groups.

I despair of British journalism. Such weak commitment to accuracy, even about information that affects lots of readers' lives.

The reason there is no screening programme for prostate cancer in the UK is NOT because of concerns about the accuracy of PSA tests.
