That refusal to negotiate with those putting corporate interests above people is how every elected official should operate. Of course, Georgia isn’t New York. Our policy needs are different. But, I’d argue, we’ve fought harder and gotten further in the past.
Georgia is not New York City. History shows Georgians fight harder.

This is outrageous in so many ways. Occupying cities like this is egregious. And, this is a massive waste of resources. Now Georgians are being separated from their families to spend their time in DC picking up trash and laying mulch all funded by our tax dollars.

Interest rates will be higher over the next decade because of the GOP’s megabill and drive up borrowing costs even for the federal government, Congress’ nonpartisan scorekeeper predicted in a new report.

The federal deficit will also increase by $4.1 trillion over a decade, according to the report.
